Hanneli, Anneli and Lillian

There was a booking from the 15th till the 28th for me, i cut my stayed shoter as the pick n rest is an unprofessional manage place, when we arrived the monday morning we saw that the toilet in room 3 where we were booked in was blocke. We complained about it but nothing came from it. Hanneli manage the guest house at that stage cause the manager was on holliday. Annalie the .manager was informed about the toilet but she felt cause we fay and colourd she will call use to apologies for thet they can wait till the week after that. Also experience that Pick n rest is a very ****** company with in experience management for businesses. On the Tueaday as thwy know we about to leave we had to call and text to get out money back cause they felt like they been doing us a favour for staying there. Hannelie and Lilian (Manager of Clicks) came to my room and tried to ganged up on my parter in forcing him call Hanneli (MEVROU). They even spoke to my partner telling him he need to be put in order like his some kind of animal that needs to be trained.
