Return Query

Very bad service from Pick ‘n Pay Hatfield, bought a calculator on Monday, today when I tried to return it, I received bad customer service as there was no return policy I can refer to at the store and on the receipt. Spoke to a teller who couldn’t assist then she called Matome who was very difficult and also called the manager Minah, who both refused to give me any refund even when they saw the item was still pristine. Instead of assisting with a refund they kept telling me I can option to sell it to someone else myself.
