PICK A TYRE - WARNING - CHECK YOUR NUTS

I took my car in to have 2 rear tyres fitted and when driving home felt the car shuddering. When I got home I found that one of my wheel nuts (the lock nut) was missing and the wheel was not lined up with the holes. After taking a photo, I removed the wheel myself and lined up the holes and wheel nuts and this rectified the shuddering. After calling Pick a Tyre and requesting that they look for my missing lock wheel nut I was told they would call me back and let me know. After not hearing from them for a few days I called them again and was told that their \fitter"said he had replaced all the wheel nuts and they could not tell him that he was wrong. I was also told that they have a board saying that they are not responsible for any damages caused. Just a WARNING for your own safety always check everything done at PICK A TYRE as they will not take any responsibility for their actions. You definitely do get what you pay for!"""
