Pick a Pen - also no delivery

09 Feb: Order placed. 20 Feb: "Good day. We will be shipping the order tomorrow. We apologise for the delay". 26 Feb: Still no delivery of the order. You have to badger them for questions or 'updates' on WhatsApp - although they apologise for taking so long they never message or email a waybill number to you, they just read your messages and don't respond. Their website isn't even finished for launch, Lorem ipsum is everywhere. No social media accounts or reviews either. Pretty sure it's a **** business.
