Defective parts

Yesterday 30/05/2019 I bought rear break shoes for my car it were not even in a box today I took it back because it were defective they informed me that I damaged it the self adjusting device does not work because the spring working it does not have tension in it please people check the parts by them in store before you purchase they sell defective parts and do not want to return it I will never purchase any parts by them I informed that I will contack the newspapers for my incident arrogant they rep**** I can do so
