45 minutes waiting for a pancake

On sunday 14 June 2015 my family and I stopped at pick a pancake in harties. We ordered some coffee, ice cream and 3 pancakes. After 45 minutes we started to ask when our food will come, they said shortly. After another 10 minutes we asked again and the lady behind the till just looked at us and said we can pay for our drinks and leave, so we paid for the drinks. We did mention to them that it is poor service and she just smiled at us not saying a word not even sorry. Another couple came in about 20 minutes after us order 1 pancake between them and they got theirs. The attitude of the staff is shocking, the tables not even clean all sticky with syrup. It took then 20 minutes just to bring 3 coffees. Shocking service and the attitude is not something one would expect of a restaurant that is supose to have a good name.
