LOAN ****

I have received an email on 24 Dec 2018 from Pick a loan saying that they have received my application for a loan and on 28 Dec 2018 another email from this company saying the loan application was declined. I am confused because I did not apply for any loan and I am worried because there are lot of ****s out there maybe someone used my details to apply for a laon.
