P&pay showgate

Hi I went to pick n pay shogate today at about 10. I ask them at the bakery Dept for miniloaf the lady at the counter say they did not make any mini loafes today. I ask her for for 2 bread rolls. She reply I musk go around the corner and open a packet for 2 bread rolls. Well I did so and o my word the people open the packets take the bread rolls with their BAREHANDS. Their were two people infront of me . Then I decided no no it's firstly not higenic and what about the corona you can. Not sanatice bread. I went to the info desk their was a man on duty I ask to speak to the owner he say he is bussy in a meeting. So I told him what happen I went with him show h the girl who told me that .he speak to her in their language so I could not understand what he was saying. They don't have any name tags so I can not give any names. Then I went back and ask for a bread while I was waiting for the bread I notice how untidey and a bit dirty are the bakery. Please use video footage and look were they prepare the chips ECT. Really think either the people haven got the appropiat supervisor 2 or they just don't care3.or management don't give them the right training .
