Bad smell and arrogant attitude

I was disgusted today afternoon around 16h00 or so at Westonaria Pick n Pay. On entering the shop there was a bad smell which was like something rotten. On trying to enquire with a few workers there they played deaf and possibly playing ******** to the stench which some shoppers confirmed. What disgusted me more than anything is that on exiting the shop i was pointed to a young, slender, arrogant and undermining boy who claimed to be a Manager there. On presenting my concern to him, his first arrogant response was i am claiming and alleging there is a smell in the shop, so i must tell him what is it that was smelling. My response was i wouldn't know the exact source if the smell as i am not part of the shop and i dont know all the products they possess. He insisted that i must tell him which product was stinking, of which i maintained my initial response. Fast forward, he then said he would not help me as i didnt know what was smelling. I told him i have an option of dealing with this matter if he was not prepared to do so. This option is what im now executing. Above this, his arrogant and undermining attitude is what i want the company to deal with, as in my view, he is a huge risk to this great brand, which some of us knew since we were young.
