Pick A Break is not a reputable or trustworthy company. Do not trust them. Do not make any vacation bookings with them.

Pick A Break is a not a trustworthy company. They have not provided me with the service I paid for, and have not refunded me to date. I paid for a Sun City Chalet around March 2023 for the 6th to 10th April 2023. Their terms and conditions state that you will receive your guest certificate 2 days prior to check in. Its all lies. Prior to me making my booking, they sent me an entire list of people I could contact, to get reviews about their business. I contacted around 10 people, all provided good reviews assuring me that I was not being ****med. The week of my vacation, I had been following up with Rufus and Tyron for my guest certificate but they failed to send it to me. They promised to refund me, but to date nothing received.
