PICK A BREAK is not a reputable company and I have still not gotten my refund that I was promised on numerous occassions.

Hi All,

I made a reservation for sun city for 10-12 March 2023 with company called "pick a break" payment was made for cascades room & vacation club chalet on the 10th Feb 2023. A day before I was meant to travel the owner calls me to say that he is unable to get a booking for me. I request a refund and to this day have not received my refund. I keep getting empty promises of a refund and now the owner has medical issues and there is no committed date for me to get a refund.

I would definitely not recommend this company as they do not deliver on what they sell and they ***** your money so its actually ***** that they are committing.
