Picobellos not that great an experience.

Had a challenging experience. Paid with Zapper, then ordered more wine, so when the new bill came it was the same as the Zapper I paid plus the new drinks. Manager didnt want to believe me. I called the bank, the bank confirms on speaker phone I paid said amount. Manager called me agressive and told me to never come back again. Really terrible experience. What do I say.

I told the manager its about burden of proof - he did not have any record of the Zapper, yet my bank had it.
