BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I have never experienced such horrible service in my life . While shopping we told the store is closing fine , we already in the fitting room . A male manager comes and kick us out of the fitting rooms not only that he switches the lights of the fitting rooms me and my friend were still in the fitting room while he does that we rushed out to dress up properly outside because it was getting in tense . On our way out we asked to change sizes the manager agrees then the stuff member’s chase us out of the clothing isle saying we shopping how when we only changing sizes . I ask to fetch my cap I was told that’s shopping . My friend readdress the situation then she’s given the cap after fighting . It felt like we getting those close for free . Everyone there must be taught customer service there’s no way you feel the store feeling that terrible there’s no way !
