Pathetic customer services - *******

Am so disappointed with this RFO so called business. I bought a jacket from them last week Friday and a Jean. On Monday I decided to do an exchange it for another Jean. To my surprise when I was at the store I was told that I won't be able to exchange it. What amused me more was a team leader or floor manager who was so confident that I can even complain to their customer care.

Shock of my life

I was so amused as this is totally new to me. I asked myself what kind of business principles do they apply?

This happened in Wynberg store on Monday.
