Disgusting Treatment

<p>Good day</p> <p>I visited your store in Lenasia, My gran was looking for a jersey.</p> <p>The lady at the store wanted to search my handbag, which is slighty big then my phone in any case i allowed her to!</p> <p>My gran is 92 years old, i was trying to fit a jersey on her. A lady with a scarf on her head announced that</p> <p>no clothing should be fitted on the floor and to use the changing rooms. The manner in which it was said was rude. All she could have done was walked over to me and just asked me to do that. Not embarass my Gran. This upset me very much, as she and her colleagues laughed about it as well.</p> <p>I wont visit your store ever, as i dont come to Lenz to shop. I just thought for a muslim lady to behave like that was so unprofessional uncalled for and disrespectful, It bothered me very much as my Gran is old and doesnt deserve such disrespect!</p> <p>Train your staff on how to deal with clients, or does management not really care?</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Zainub</p>
