Disgusted at the customer service received.

I was totally disgusted at service I received from the manager of the Picadilly store in Lenasia, I purchased a gift in December from the store which I went to return today because it does not fit my son. The item had the price tag still on and I produced the till slip, I was informed 30 days have passed. I totally disagree with the return policy taking into consideration it was christmas and many of the consumers purchased gifts. I was point blank refused assistance, I did not request the money back, all I wanted to do was to take something else.To add to my frustration after I was turned away I wanted to puchase a few items so I put the item which was in a packet into my handabg, I was rudely told by the lady at the door \you cant put that in your bag
