Customers refund policy...

I bought 2 pair's of sneakers for myself and my son at lenasia Piccadilly and I went back to do a refund since the sneakers did not suit my outfit and that of my son... I was told the is no refund regardless of buying those items with cash...i kindly ask the my to assist regarding the matter he told me they is no way am getting cash.. I was confused and I asked the manager about the customer law that states that I have all the right to get my cash back as I used cash... He told me to go lay a complain to any social media or wherever I can go,i am very disappointed and still want some clarity if that's how customers are treated at Piccadilly... Why wasn't told about the refund thing before purchasing...
