shocking customer service

about 2 weeks ago I visited this Picardi Rebel in Rosmead Avenue Cape Town, was helped by a gentleman ( presume manager ) I was having a function for 120 people & wanted champagne & glasses, he suggested 20x bottles. I returned Friday 31 August & purchased 22x bottles + hired glasses . I asked about the return policy & was told any liquor unused that was not opened can be returned. on Monday 3 September I returned the glasses and unused liquor, which was 17x bottles. the same gentleman said they cannot refund this amount & asked why did I purchase so many bottles ? obviously he had forgotten he was the person who advised me what to purchase. I was told also by another young woman ( who in fact opened the shop on Monday morning at 09H05 late ) that you cant return 90% of what was purchased . My answer is simple I was not informed of any % that can or cant be returned & therefore will get the full refund for what was not used. Eventually after the two tills were activated which took a great deal of time I received my refund. I certainly will never use your outlet again & would not recommend your store to anybody. I am in retail myself & was shocked by the lack of training that your staff have in customer service.
