Heavily disgusted

They dont deserve even a single star last week Friday asked my friend to head to the town center in Khayelitsha to buy me tray of Flying Fish and a bottle of Gordon's we certainly got that bought these items for a gathering that took place last Sunday I opened the bottle the sunday first of all the seal had been opened mind you where I stay it's just me so nobody could have opened the bottle secondly when I poured the gin and tasted it was water couldn't taste then gin one bit went to the shop days later to report this this lady said we cant really look into your case cause now we wouldnt know whether is could have been done outside the store she then said a few times people bought wine opened the wine and returned the wine because it wasnt what it was ...She said we cant do anything cant even look into the matter asked her what are we as customers suppose to do cause you cant expect us to open the bottle in the store and taste whilst there why are we being forced to drink there and then why can't I not keep my bottle cause its money and drink it when it suits me heavily disgusted by the mere fact that we as customers arent trusted and the fact that I bought a bottle and got water instead do I look dehydrated god knows my money down the drain reputation down the drain cause I'm known as a person that tricks people because of this ....Hurt angry and disgusted was told that there is no process that can be followed not even an I'm sorry
