Bad service, bad management, bad attitude

Good day,

i visited the store in Jane Furse today to buy some water. At the tills they were some chips and i took two packets. When it was my turn, the cashier mumbled something then called the manager (David) to come assist because she could not locate the chips on the system. He just looked at her and said 'tell the customer to leave those' when i asked the cashier why he was so rude and had absolutely no regard, she said they the items were not loaded on the system yet so i was unable to buy. I then asked the cashier (Vinny) how that is possible because i picked them from the shelf . Vinny then called Tshepo who is the supervisor and all he could say to me was 'just leave those chips because i won't load them on the system now unless you can wait for 1 hr 30 minutes' I was shocked at the behavior of management of the store and i wonder how many customers they have returned before me? How many times have they gotten away with such a behavior? It was just a normal day at work for the cashier,security, supervisor and manager himself. They were laughing and even said you can complain but nothing will be done. I just walked out of the store without buying anything at all because the mindset of the staff left me in disbelief.
