Bad Customer Experience

I purchased merchandise on Sunday 10 Dec 2017 from Picardi Rebel in Willowbridge and spent over R3 000.

I regularly bought my beer, wine and spirits from them over the past 3 years.

I realised that I also needed ice and requested 3 bags. Price approx R30-00.

The manager refused to give me the complimentary ice, so I had to pay the R30-00.

Mmmmm, bad taste in my mouth. 1% discount in these tough economic times. Not on.

I definitely will not buy from any Picardi Rebel again. EVER!

I also encourage other consumers who have a choice where we purchase from, not to support them.

It is all about showing a little bit of appreciation for custom. Make your customer feel special. A little goes a long, long way.
