False advertising and bad food

Complain as submitted on Picanha's site:

I'd just like to give you guys some feedback on our first visit to your North-riding branch. We arrived around 5:30pm. Pretty awesome looking place if I do say so myself. But that’s pretty much where the compliments end.

As your home page states, kids eat free from Monday to Wednesday (which I’ve made a screenshot of for my convenience) only to be told this is limited to your Nigel branch. False advertising much?

I ordered a 300g Medium fillet, and the wife my wife the calamari main. I was served with a well done 300g Rump and my wife with calamari that resembled chewing on a 50000km Dunlop tyre. My main was sent back, we also complained about the calamari main. We ended up paying for all meals except mine. In the end we paid R421.45 including tip (the waiter was brilliant) for two kids meals with juice, and a calamari main which we donated to a hungry person down the road. No doubt your Dunlop tyres are still keeping him busy.
