I live a street away from picana and we used to go here on a regular. It’s like this place is run down. Today my family and I decided to go there.

A Caucasian family and my family went into the restaurant at the same time. No one came to assist us. The lady at the play ground tried to assist by giving us the menus. One of the male waiters walked in our direction and walked away without assisting. We waited an hour and decided to leave. As we were leaving, we see that the family we walked in with are already eating.

The 2 childminders tried to assist and called waiters but no one came. It’s a bull**** place and should close down. This was not the first time this happens.

The first time it happened we reported this to the manager. Useless because now the same thing happened. I’d rather go to baron, papachinos, smoke daddy’s or mug and bean especially for the kids to play!
