Taken for a ride,money gone down the drain

I wanted to start a small business on the side considering how the lockdown has negatively impacted us. I took out a temp loan to get caps printed by Pical(Pty) Ltd in Modderfontein. When i received the caps the size was horrifically small, the branding on the caps seemed as if it would come off. When i asked for a refund they refused and promised to fix the problem. A few days later i got a call saying there's nothing they can do and they will drop off the caps as is,. To date they still refuse to give me back my R1615.24. Young people will never progress with such businesses operating.#FRUSTRATED
