Sweat all over waiters faces because of being forced to wear those smelling hates

Black waiters are suffering , being forced by the owners to wear black hot hates the whole day sweating. Labour department must not see such a horrible treatment happening to other human being. I don't think they are treating the staff rightly. Follow ups on this restaurant needs to be done.
