Bad service from everyone who was on shift on the 27th of March 2024

I went there to have dinner on the 27th of March 2024 at 7pm. The hostess greeted me and escorted me to my table and handed me the menu and she said that my waiter would come and take my drinks and food order. I set there for over 10 minutes waiting for the waiter to come take my order. I couple walked in and they were served drinks while I was still waiting for someone to come and assist me. I tried to get attention from one of the waiters but they all looked at me and walked away as if they didn’t see me seating there and waiting for service. I then stood up and I asked to speak to a manager and a lady greeted me and she said that she was the manager. I explained to her that I’ve been seating there for over 15 minutes for someone to assist me with my drinks and food order and she said that I must follow her to the table so that we can address the issue. I declined to follow her and I decided to leave the restaurant. I am so disappointed with the service I received from everyone who was on shift today including the management as no one tried to walk around to see if everyone was served or not and the fact that the restaurant wasn’t too busy makes it worse.
