Is beef bolognese the new napoletana (v)?

Ordered the SPINACH AND RICOTTA NEST (v) Linguini napoletana with spinach and ricotta topped with mozzarella and parmesan, served with crispy bread. However the chef was too lazy to prepare the meal instead they mixed beef bolognese sauce and served it to us. This is a vegetarian meal and this standard can't be acceptable. The waiter and chef didn't seem to be phased by this, as if it is the norm.

Highly recommend never to eat here as they don't adhere to menu ingredients!!
