Worst experience at Piatto Mall of the South, day Ruined

We had the worst experience at Piatto Mall of the South on my younger sister’s 21st birthday day of all days, it all started when we ordered our food and didn’t order drinks for personal drinks. The Waiters(Lisa) mood changed and she wasn’t as nice, I feel she looked down on us because of that. We asked a different waiter if there was anything they do when it’s your birthday and she answered politely and asked us to tell our waiter Lisa so that my sister can get her complimentary scoop of ice cream, Lisa was sooo rude and told us that there is nothing that we get accept for a scoop of ice cream, we were not expecting anything more but Lisa made us feel sooo bad for asking. While we called the Manager to our surprise the waiters were singing happy birthday to another guest which they didn’t do for us because Lisa didn’t bother to tell them. This was my 5th visit to Piatto Mall of the South and on the last 2 visits I was helped by Lisa and had a bad experience on both, it is disheartening to know that Piatto staff and their management look down on people because of how much they are spending, we intended to tip Lisa but we didn’t because of her attitude. I hope something can be done about this as I love coming to Piatto specifically Mall of the South. I won’t be coming anymore together with my family as it is evident some customers are not welcomed. Day ruined
