Horrible service

The food is great but the level of service is horrible. Had the waiter come back to me after paying for a bill of around R1700 to state that the top has to be 10% of the bill, a tip was given to him but not the amount that he had expected. That kind of service is horrible to me. It's the first time I have ever been this embarrassed at a restaurant.
