Bad customer service

I’m writing this literally shaking because of the bad service I’d just received from the “manager on duty” whose name is Victor. To say the very least, my family & I frequent the restaurant at least twice a month and never have I been degraded to nothing for being in my work uniform and not heels like usual. This restaurant has always been a favourite and I rave about it to people - Today was however different and disheartening.. I had decided to celebrate my wedding with close friends & family at Piatto and went there to find out more about their packages when Victor interrupted me, wouldn’t listen to what I went to say and dismissed me. The whole time I tried holding a conversation and enquiring, he would look at other things and was very much non-chalant. To say he made me feel small would be an understatement.
