Piatto poor service

I have just ordered via Mr delivery, 2 waffles and it did not come with our ice cream, called the restaurant which was Glen Balad, I spoke to Channel and she was very rude. Told me if I want the icecream i will need to come to the restaurant, or send a review on Mr Delivery.
