waiter caused a scene and told us we r diificult

My friend and I were at the Piatto in Farrarmere today , we got seated and ordered drinks namely Hot chocolate, coke and milkshake.<br> Prosper, the waiter, brought the hot chocolate and coke together ( my friend stated that he brings the coke with the meal) and opened the coke when he wasn't told to because she still had to consume the hot chocolate first. When he was told that he shouldn't have opened the coke because it didn't make sense to drink both drinks simultaneously he said that we are just trying to be difficult- raising his voice while saying that . There was no apology from him,he said that he is used to opening up cans automatically so therefore he didn't see anything wrong with what he did, that it made sense to him. <br> When we asked to speak to the manager he told that he is busy and left us hanging. <br> It was appalling at how he treated us, not acknowledging that what he did was inappropriate. Not to mention how he left us unattended after the incident. But a gentleman by the name of Muzzy came ro our rescue and apologised on his behalf and told us we don't have to pay for the drinks we had.<br> May the management please address this matter accordingly .
