Terrible service

After frequently visiting and ordering take aways at New Redruth Piatto, I have now reached a point where they will never frustrate me again. Tonight was the last meal I will pay for at this place. Over 45 minutes to get sushi and when asking how long it would be, I get an ******** look with no response. When confronting the manager, she could only apologise but had that before from the same person. Never will that happen again. I requested that owners contact details and was told that we could not contact him (George is the name I got). Well done for chasing away a frequent customer.
