Service is bad

<p>Piatto Pronto in Glen Marais gave me a very bad service. They got a breakfast spesial. Me and my family eat there almost every Sunday. 3 Sundays back we waited for our food not longer than 5 minutes but the waiter did not bring us fork and knifes and sit there and wait for about 10 minutes before he relise something is wrong. He bring the fork and knife but then we wait for our butter and jam for another 5 minutes. People next to us gave their exsta butter and jam to us. This Sunday we ask for the same breakfast spesial and we where then been told the they dont serve breakfast after 12h00 and we was there 12h36. I feel a restuarant must serve you what you want at any time. This is for me a bad service.</p>
