Poor service and Bad attitude on Valentines Night

My husband and I went to Piatto Ushaka for Valentines Dinner on 14/02/15.We ordered drinks and our food ,we waited for our dinner about 35mins,people who came after us,got there food before us,this was at 17:05,then the waiter assured us that the food wont be much longer,she brought us our cutlery,then load shedding occurred,my husband tried to get our waiters attention for about 10minutes after load shedding,she then said they were plating our food,when our food arrived ,my steak was cold,my husbands steak was well done,when he asked for medium.We asked to speak to the manager,who was very rude.He removed one meal from the bill.Yet we didnt even eat.We asked for the bill,Which took another 10minutes (mind you,that it was valentines) and we were still hungry.When the bill came,they charged us for a meal and drinks,we refused to pay for the meal that had not been consumed,we paid for our drinks only and walked out with disappointment.
