PLASTIC BAG IN MY PASTA,MANAGER DIDN'T DO ANYTHING

I went to the Piatto in Carlswald, Midrand for lunch on Saturday, 28th of February 2015<br> <br> I ordered a ricotta and pepperdew panzarotti, I added chicken strips and a white sauce.<br> I received the pasta with a plastic bag. I immediately notified the manager, Rodney, of the situation and he did absolutely nothing to make sure that I was put at ease. He did not give me anything on the house from their side and he stood outside the restuarant the entire time. The waiters did nothing to make sure that I was re-assured. The manager also did not check up on me from the time I got there. <br> <br> That was the worst lunch of my life. Piatto is truly misleading the public about the quality of their food. It was the worst service of my life. The waiters didnn't even tell me about their specials. It was my first time at Piatto and I will not go back again! Absolutely pathtetic!!!
