Piatto Kei Centre Benoni

I placed an order on the Mr D app for almost R1,200....received the most shocking food ever, pizza with hardly any cheese on, prawns that smelt horrible and ice cold, hard chicken schnitzel, we phoned Piatto to complain and the manager himself came to our house to collect, he said he would instruct Mr D straight away to do a full refund, over a week later still no refund and now Mr D says the restaurant says they hardly got any food back they will only refund R400, absolutely disgusting
