Never get served

I go regularly to my Piatto Restaurant for a breakfast on the weekend at The Square Northmead. I don't know what it is or what one has to do to get service or your order taken when one goes into this restaurant and sits down. The male waiters are a huge problem, and will walk past you while you are holding a menu waving it to get attention for service and have your order taken. As I said, I go regular and this problem just doesn't seem to be rectified and is ongoing. There are 2 or 3 female waiters I look out for now when I go, and they get my tip when I am complete doing my bill. So I thought waiters work mainly on tips but it seems to me that the male waiters at this restaurant that this isn't important especially to a regular! Sometimes I have even tried calling the restaurant with the number supp**** on the menu to try and get service but get through a voice mail message. Find this very weird and irritating! Guys, service the people!
