Disgusting service at Piatto Gateway!!!!

<p>My food was absolutely cold when it arrived . I sent it to get reheated and it came back after 15 minutes or longer . When we complained to the manager about the poor service , she was extremely rude and unprofessional and asked us , " why didn't you tell me this when I came to check on you "! Piatto needs to get rid of her as a manager and because of her I will never be going back there. Piatto ?? Never again !! Disgusting service and the manager needs an attitude adjustment !!</p>
