Hi guys went to supper at piatto on Friday night for supper my waiter was very friendly food arrived to the table the pasta was hot was awesome my chicken was cold I sent it back to be warmed only to have the manager bring back to me has she set it down on the table a ****roach walks down the couch my boyfriend and I are sitting on. the waiter ran to the table and ****ed it the managers response was things happen they working outside the restaurant to things happen I was shocked scared and ****ed off little did I see my boyfriend paid for supper which we didn't eat . the manager tried to explain how do you explain that people paid to eat well not have that service. very disappointed at the manager and the restaurant.
