bad service bad food

On the 14th of February me and my partner went there for dinner .ordered drinks that took a while to get to us.we ordered starters came quick was nice garlic snails.after receiving the stares we ordered main meals waited for more than an hour and a half for the food asked the waitress where the food is so she replies it's finished now she's going to fetch it now.waited another 20min and she still didn't bring it walking past us the whole time ppl that came long after us leaving long before us .....already ate etc.and we still waiting.....so the food eventually comes ice cold and I ordered a platter for 2 witch is R350 asked the waiter do I get rice with it as asked when I placed my order she told me she will bring it separate there's no place on the plate ..so if I didn't asked for it I would not have had rice with the food.yold the manager( white lady )she took the food back and brought it back 5min later still cold only poured hot sauce over the food .The prawns was burnt and dry.there was only prawns and fish on the plate with 4 pieces calamari. ...For R350 .It was the worst experience.and don't recommend piatto sandton city to anyone.my partners food was just as bad.
