Bad service

Last week Tuesday ,my husband decides to take us out for Tuesday Pizza Speaciala ,well we usually go to Piato on Tuesdays and some other days because we love the food and the treatment has always been good until last Tuesday. We we taken by a very rude waiter in Eastgate that looked at us as if we very poor.We ordered our food and asking her if the free wine special is still on she just said what wine are you talking about and I explained to her and she said its just a glass of wine walking away.She was so eager to go chat with her colleagues and leave us unattended because we asked for a glass ,she Left and went to stand and chat with her colleagues ,we even ended up asoimg for a glass from the guy that brought our pizza and he said he was coming but never got back to us and we asked the lady again ,she said she was coming but she never did until I asked her if she doesn't want with a glass or what that's when she brought it .We asked for the bill but she first went to attend other tables even when we had called her first .we always dine in Piato but that experience was really bad and I am very disappointed.
