Bad Management Attitude

I went out for a quiet dinner with my fiancé on a Monday night and at 19H45 a family came in with 5 young 7 year old boys that ran the restaurant full shouting and screaming and slamming the bathroom door. They were in and out the door to the play area and unfortunately for us, this is where we sat as it was a nice quiet warm spot when we arrived. With the kids in and out every 30 seconds and the cold air coming in, our food that had just arrived was cold in no time. I then asked the waiter to pack it up for us to go, as it was too cold to eat and the atmosphere was anything but pleasant. When we called Jose the manager on duty, his response to us was "I cant do anything, these are regular customers" So i asked him if he would rather loose 10 clients that are paying "top dollar" for their meals with bottles of wine etc.. vs a family that is eating pizza and spoiling the experience for everyone else. His answer was "They kids, I cant do anything". So basically what he was telling us is that we should leave. Which is what we did, we took our food and wine and left to eat at home, Poor Attitude from the management and its shocking that Parents today just don't care about how their kids behave in public. With Jose's attitude, we will NOT be going back! Your attitude is shocking to say the least
