Grilled hake

On 26th December my husband and I were looking for a place to have lunch. The only place we could find that was open was Piatto at Farrarmere Square. We went in and ordered grilled hake with tartare sauce and rice. When the food arrived I noticed the tartare sauce was runny and tasted like sour milk. I called the waiter and he said he would bring me another meal which he did. The tartare sauce was as it should be but the fish was not grilled as it was covered in batter which was falling off the fish. I was not aware that grilled fish is covered in batter. The fish was also not properly deboned. On the whole this meal was disgusting
