Rat infestation

Piatto East gate has a vermin problem but despite this they remain open. So whilst you are dining you have rats running past your feet. The management claims the centre is fumigating but it seems the rats have moved from outside and into their restaurant, surely the restaurants around the impacted areas should close during fumigation.
