Extremely Bad Service

Our family of 5 visited Eastgate Piatto on the 21st December at around 19.30 and the service I received was anything but EXTREMELY BAD. The waiter seated us and left for over half an hour she then came to me asked if we wanted to have something to drink which was ordered, she then returned with the drinks and we ordered the mains which took what seemed like an hour to get to me, I asked to see a manager and the waiter then disappeared and did not come back, eventually she came back and stated that they we busy with a large table that is why there was a delay, but the restaurant was not busy at all. I eventually had to wake up and go to the cashier asked for the drink bill. When we we're about to leave they decided to bring the food. We just left after paying for the drinks, my kids were extremely hungry and irritable. The service was pathetic and left a very bitter taste in our mouth.
