puppy

I purchased a puppy from piaterbestpuppy and they said the puppy cost R4000 and R500 rand for delivery. When the puppy was to be shipped by the shipping company Safe ways rxpress they said the the create the puppy was delivered in is not correct and I would have to rent an electronic one for R500 rand and a caution fee of R16500 and a Feeding and Energizer vaccine Cost= R 250 so a total of R17250 off which they would refund me R16500 on arrival off the puppy. Now they have sent another email asking for R9000 rand for Pet Insurance License will cost R9,000 for your puppy. This amount will cover your puppy insurance for 24 hours including Value added tax. . The amount R 9,000 is payable Today, and will be REFUNDED over to you once the puppy is cleared from the airport and delivered over to your door step .

I did not expect to incurre these costs as I was told the delivery including puppy price would be R4500.

Now the courier company is not answering the phone and the Piater Gustav is refusing to take me calls
