Unprofessional in all capacity
Food truck was to be completed in 5 weeks, it took 5 months. Equipment paid for never supp****. Paid invoices changed. System failure due to faulty wiring. Items under warranty not honoured. After sales service non existant.

17 Nov 2020, 18:35Self-serving sales pitches were lies. Our custom built food truck would have been built in 5 weeks, we were kept hanging on for 5 months, and laughed at. The coffee machine we were invoiced for and paid at the beginning was never installed and the paid invoice changed at the end. Faulty wiring done without a professional, as promised, led to system failure after 6 months, warranty not honoured. The owner hides behind locked doors.

The coffee machine was refunded and the coffee machine you bought caused the fault in the battery, said coffee machine was replaced with the one we recommended initally

Firstly you forgot to mention the amazing truck you received in 2017 ,same truck giving you income for 4 years with NO COMPLAINTS.

You did not refund the coffee machine, you **** to us when you told us you had it at your warehouse. You changed the invoice to cover ‘other expenses’ at the last minute and we received the truck without the machine.
I wouldn’t have won the court case against you for the batteries under warranty that you refused to replace if it is as you say.
The other reviews echo my nightmare of an experience in dealing with you.

07 Dec 2020, 19:28Sol brought it once 3weeks after you took it,why 4years later its a different story .Sol was there everyday for 2months making changes to existing build+additions resulting in higher cost then original specs .Why replace coffee machine to recommended one, less wattage power=effective battery supply

It was more than 2 months and it was because you were dragging your feet, and your workmanship was that of an amateur-BAD.
We paid you for the desired ‘recommended’ coffee machine which you failed to supply.
