Complain about lapse policy and increase

I have been with the company for 14 years ,then no more with the company since April 2022 now they have deducting money from my salary for funeral cover for me and my family, since I was no longer with the company 17 June 2022,they forwarded me policy certificate so I can continue paying for my cover,to my suprise 30th June 2022 when I call so I can get my pay at to pay at the shops ,they told no payment history showing on the system,so it means I should start from the scratch.

Another issue is that all along working at phuti funeral ministry group, I joined for my family and extended members which I was paying for them ,and lapsed period since was 90days ,but to my suprise last month 30th and 1st June 2022 when I try to pay,they said all policies have lapsed ,when I address the issue they said they cannot discussed status policy with me but all along I was allowed even my last payment I made 11th June 2022 which they took the money,also they first said policies which have not reached 1 or 2 years wont be affected by increase ,but it has been affected even those that have less than a year.. please help
