Unprofessional documentation and shocking admin errors

I had a very disappointing experience while enquiring about transport services from this company. The quotation I received contained basic arithmetic errors, and the SLA sent to me was poorly formatted, filled with grammatical mistakes, and even included placeholders as well as references to services/items that do not exist. It looked like an unfinished template that was sent without being reviewed. What makes this concerning is that the company advertises 100% compliance and professionalism, yet the documentation they issue is the exact opposite. The amount of back-and-forth required just to correct basic errors was frustrating and unnecessary. If the admin side of the business is this disorganised, it raises serious concerns about the overall reliability of their operations.

I would not recommend them to anyone who values professionalism and accuracy. Save yourself the headache and consider alternative providers.
